This service involves the targeted modification of diagnostic functions in CPC and ECU control units. This includes, amongst other things, monitoring of thermostats, temperature and pressure sensors, lambda sensors, catalytic converters, as well as exhaust after-treatment systems and filters. The aim is to adapt the diagnostic and plausibility logic to changed operating conditions or vehicle configurations. The modifications are carried out in accordance with the system and are vehicle-specific.

Diagnostics that match the vehicle configuration.

After changes to hardware or software, series diagnostic and plausibility logic can report faults even though the system is working correctly. The modification adapts this logic in the CPC and ECU control units to the changed operating conditions.

This includes the monitoring of the thermostat, temperature and pressure sensors, lambda sensors, catalytic converters as well as exhaust after-treatment and filters. Every adaptation is system-compliant and vehicle-specific – after a technical check of the actual vehicle.
