The Turbocharger Performance Upgrade replaces or modifies the standard turbocharger with a performance-optimised hybrid or performance variant. The aim is to increase air flow whilst maintaining stable efficiency and thermal resilience.

The design is vehicle-specific, taking into account engine characteristics, exhaust back pressure, boost pressure strategy and the overall thermal system. In combination with a tailored software calibration, the upgrade enables significantly increased power reserves whilst maintaining near-standard drivability.

The turbocharger determines how much air mass the engine receives. For power targets beyond the series level, the standard turbocharger is replaced or modified with a hybrid or performance variant – designed for your vehicle, not as a one-size-fits-all solution.

The design takes engine characteristics, exhaust back pressure, boost strategy and the overall thermal system into account together. Only the matched software calibration turns the hardware into a working system: with an extended power reserve, stable efficiency and driveability that stays close to the series.

    Calibration based on real measurement data – specific to the vehicle, not from a standard file.

  3. Validation

    Dyno, data logging and test drive: power, thermals and driveability under load.

    Measured values and data status are documented and handed over transparently.
